Allison Spitzer joined Michael J. London & Associates in 1999 as a writer, editor and business manager. Prior to joining the firm, she served as President and founder of Bright Solutions Inc., a talent brokerage that served corporations and nonprofits throughout Connecticut for nearly 20 years. She began her career as an English teacher and Speech Team Coach at Milton Academy, Milton, Mass., and later was named Cultural Arts and Adult Program Director at The Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven. Allison holds B.S. and M. S. degrees from Northwestern University in Communications. Her work has been recognized by numerous grant awards from the Connecticut Commission On The Arts.

She has led and coordinated training seminars for the Connecticut Department of Education, and is an alumna of Leadership Greater Hartford. She was an advisory board member of Dance Services Network.

Allison has done strategic event planning and marketing for nearly 30 years, bringing business acumen and a unique creative perspective to our firm.
